JMV INTERNATIONAL PRESIDENT

 Yasmine was born on November 9, 1978 in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Haitian by nationality, she joined the Association in 1995, was the Coordinator of a Centre (for three years) and was a member of the National Council for four years until such time that she was chosen to be part of the VMY International Secretariat in October 2003. She also participated in the Encounter in Paris (1997), 1st General Assembly in Rome (2000), IV EMLA in Venezuela (2001) and the European Encounter of the VMY National Councils in Madrid (2003). Yasmine took up BS Education, Literature and French Teaching and a Diploma Course in School Administration. At present, she is taking a Diploma Course in Religious Sciences in Spain. She speaks French, Spanish and English fluently.
