Dear members of the JMV National Councils: 

            As you know, the Political Action against Malaria was launched on September 27, 2003 and has for its theme: 

This initiative came about during the last meeting of the international heads of the branches of the Vincentian Family.  This campaign is scheduled, in principle, to last until September 27, 2004.  Hence, we encourage you to make this interesting initiative known to all. 

Among others, the following steps will be made within the PLANNING:    

ü      After six months of having started the campaign, the commission will ask for feedback in order to exchange experiences and promote twinning among countries. 

ü      At the end of the year:  the projects made will be sent to the commission in order for it to be shared to all the branches of the Vincentian Family.  These will also be published in the website. 

At the same time, we invite you to look and present the project through a Power Point presentation, wherein you will find interesting points, such as:

4. Suggested way of involvement 

5. Information and diffusion strategies 

6. Planning

7. Evaluation

               We hope that this new initiative will awaken your interest since this problem still affects a large number of countries where our JMV Association is in its development stage. 

                May our Lord motivate and renew our hearts so as to move us into joint actions that will help the less-privileged.
